Sterling Manor, Inc. will no longer participate in the Medicare Program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act), effective March 25, 2009. The agreement between Sterling Manor, Inc. and the Secretary of Health and Human Services will be terminated on March 25, 2009 in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act.
